Accreditation and Future Re-validation:

Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy has constructed their courses to follow HEE, CPSA and JCCP guidelines and recommendations, it is always considered best practice to be trained to the current recommended standards. Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy has made every effort to ensure our graduates are trained according to the most up to date requirements, however we can not be held responsible for the following:

  • There is an update or change to guidelines.
  • There are further requirements for future qualification which Wiltshire Aesthetic Academy’s training structure do not meet.
  • Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy will make every effort to inform our Trainees on updates regarding the regulation status.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy:

Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy has the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason. In the case of terminations, no refunds shall be offered where a Service is underway but any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect to the provision of unused Services shall be refunded. The Client does not have the right to terminate any Services Agreement. Once a Client has entered into a Services Agreement, no refunds are payable by Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy.

Permanent Makeup Treatments on Live Models:

Permanent Makeup is a process with healing variables, therefore healed colour cannot be guaranteed by Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy. Models need to be aware that Permanent Makeup is a multi-treatment process, this means the colour is implanted slowly and carefully over a period of time through a layering process; following your initial treatment permanent makeup work cannot be undertaken for 4-8 weeks following, in order for the skin to fully heal.


Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy’s chosen permanent make up colour will look much darker when initially implanted but should exfoliate and lighten within 7-11 days. Colours will fade and alter with time. To keep a fresh appearance, a retouch procedure will be will be required every year. Fade is dependent on age, skin type, medication and colour chosen and sun exposure.

Permanent make up is not for everyone. Problem skin types can fail to retain pigment as well as others. Jade does not offer refunds in these cases as the treatment has been carried out at a cost to ourselves.

Dermal fillers are naturally broken down through the body over time, each individuals filler will dissolve at different rates, therefore an exact longevity timescale cannot be given.

Your signature where relevant upon is confirmation that no liability shall fall upon Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy in the circumstances where the client(s) themselves or provided by the trainee may react to treatments undertaken, for example; swelling. bruising. burning, itching, skin discolouration. scabbing. blotchiness or subsequent symptoms thereof.

Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy is not liable under any circumstances where the client gives false information with regards to any contraindication or false persons.

It is agreed by the client that it is their responsibility to inform Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy at all times of any allergies or symptoms where applicable & that Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy is not liable for such negligence.


Trainees must be a minimum of 19 years of age to be eligible to take an assessment.

If the Trainee fails the assessment component in Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy this will result in the Trainee having to re-take the examination. Trainee’s are to be aware this may incur a cost to the cover administrative fees involved.

Registration Check:

We reserve the right to decline your application if the Client fails their professional registration or qualification check. The Client will be entitled to a full refund minus a £35 administration fee.


Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy accepts all major acceptable methods of payment. Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of training.

Where a course includes a qualification, Trainee registration fees, first-attempt examination fees and first-attempt moderation fees due to the awarding body are included in the course price and paid by Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy unless stated otherwise. Trainee’s are to be aware resits may incur additional fees.


Please be aware: Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to other dates. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours notice a 50% charge will be given.


All persons are of minimum age of 19 years and whose details have been entered through our booking process are given Right of Access to all training courses provided by Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy. The individual hereby agrees they accept responsibility for all activities that occur under a booking in their name.

Code of Conduct:

We reserve the right to cancel further training if a Client fails to abide by the Code of Conduct as issued upon booking of the training course.

Clients must be fluent in English to attend the practical placement and assessment.


As part of our courses with give trainee practitioners the opportunity to treat live models, however, this under the tutor’s informed decision on the day, Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy holds the right to refuse a trainee the option of live model practice should the tutor decide it would be unsafe or at detriment to the trainee or model.

Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to refuse attendance, or remove a practitioner from the workshop at any point ,without notice or reason. We will issue a refund if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or are removed from a session.

Intellectual property rights:

Some of the content, layout, design, data, and information on our training materials is protected by UK and other international copyright laws. By continuing to interact with our website you are agreeing not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material contained or to use the material for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use.

None of the content of Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy materials and hand-outs may be copied, saved or otherwise incorporated into any other website, electronic retrieval system, publication, or any other work form (whether hard copy, electronic, or other). For the avoidance of doubt, framing of these materials or any part of them is not permitted without our express written permission.

Use of the data you provide to us or which is collected by use of our booking systems, is governed by our Privacy Policy.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure) other than when your booking cannot be fulfilled, following conclusion of a binding contract and in which case Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy shall be liable only for the fees paid for the booking.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control:

To the fullest extent permitted by law we cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if such delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including reasons of Force Majeure. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to Conditions:

We reserve the right to make changes to our learning materials, policies and terms and conditions at any time. You shall be subject to the policy’s terms and conditions in force from the time you make a booking. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that condition will be deemed sever-able and will not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any other condition.


Our materials and all information contained therein are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and are intended for medical professionals.

Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy relies on both academic and industry sources to confirm the accuracy of the information presented, therefore as the presenters we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Trainees should be aware that professionals in the field may have differing opinions. because of this and also because of regular advances in medical research, we strongly recommend that readers independently verify facts using multiple credible sources to all them to make their own informed decision. Trainees should also be aware that any description or reference to a product or publication does not imply endorsement of that product or publication, unless it is owned by Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy, in this case it is subject to the relevant disclaimers.

Cancellations & Refunds:

For Booking Cancellations by Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy: We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy has the right either to issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date.

For Booking Cancellation by Participants: If a transfer is requested with at least 14 calendar days’ written notice ahead of the scheduled Foundation Day, no additional fee shall apply to transfer the booking. A transfer can only be made to a training taking place within 12 months of the original training date. Only one transfer can be made in respect of any booking.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as does Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, save where it is necessary for enforcement proceedings to bring proceedings against you outside of England.

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control (“Force Majeure”), which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.


Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.


The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change.
