Machine Brows are an incredibly popular form of cosmetic tattooing whereby pigments are inserted into the upper dermal layers to create fuller eyebrows.

Wiltshire Aesthetics Academy offers a comprehensive 4 day course which will arm individuals with everything they need to know to begin creating brows utilising Machine Brow techniques. Machine method is similar to Microblading, however the method of delivering the pigment varies slightly. Microblading utilises a hand-held tool which has a row or configuration of tiny needles. Where as the machine method is comprised of a tiny single needle which is attached to a hand piece, this is driven by a digital permanent make-up machine to implant pigment into the skin in tiny hair like strokes.

Trainees will be taught all aspects of the machine brow method, this will include an in depth discussion into colour theory and skin tones to give trainees the knowledge they will need to understand pigmentation, and how to select pigmentation based on their clients skin composition.

Following this trainees will observe their tutor demonstrate hair stroke techniques before they are given the chance to practice using practice pads as well as viewing several live demonstrations of brow techniques before their practice on live models can begin. Following trainees completion of 10 models they will be able to complete their final assessment, upon successful completion they will be awarded their certification.

Trainees will also be taught aspects of treatment and business practice alongside the practical elements. This will include consultation and aftercare prior and following treatments as well as into detail about best practices in the working environment, this include health & safety, licensing, correct clothing, how to deal with disposables, as well as aspects of Anatomy and Physiology.

This course is certified by the ABT to ensure that all students are trained safely and legally to the highest level in-line government guidelines.
